Food-Grade High-Barrier Poly-liners
: Every unit is fitted with an internal food-grade Polyethylene (PE) liner. This inner bag acts as an absolute barrier against atmospheric moisture ingress and oxygen cross-contamination, successfully preventing product caking, clumping, or the loss of natural volatile aromatic oils.
Multi-wall Kraft Paper Bags
We utilize industrial-grade, multi-layer Kraft paper bags (3 to 4 plies) engineered for high tensile strength, extreme puncture resistance, and structural integrity under vertical stacking pressures.
Standardized Packing Units
Standard net weight of 20 kg or 25 kg per bag, optimally sized for standard palletizing and manual or automated warehouse handling.

Strict Pre-loading Container Inspection
Prior to loading, our logistics inspectors run a comprehensive multi-point checklist. Containers must be structurally sound, 100% weather-tight, completely dry, and entirely free of residual odors or prior cargo debris that dried vegetables could easily absorb.
Palletization & Cargo Stabilization
Cargo can be shipped via two secure methods:
- • Palletized Cargo: Utilizing heat-treated, ISPM 15 compliant wooden or plastic pallets, reinforced with heavy-duty stretch wrapping and edge protectors for safe forklift handling.
- • Loose Cargo Loading (Floor Loading): Utilizing expert interlocking patterns to maximize container volume utilization, secured at the rear with cargo netting or strapping to prevent shifting during maritime transit.

We optimize shipping using 20ft containers (holding approx. 12–14 metric tons of dehydrated onion/garlic depending on the cut) and 40ft High Cube (HC) containers designed for large-scale bulk distributions.
